Tay began his career with Reuters plc where he held roles in sales, marketing and business development over a ten-year period. Thereafter, he was involved in running two start-ups in Singapore invested by the 3i Asia Pacific Technology Fund. Tay has worked extensively throughout Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Prior to joining Media Monitors, Tay was General Manager, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan for Reed Elsevier’s LexisNexis, where he transformed a traditional print publisher into an industry leading brand serving a broad-based clientele.
He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
Kelvin has more than 15 years experience in the business information and public relations industries, with extensive knowledge in competitor intelligence and knowledge management.
Sales and Client Service Director, Hong Kong
Kelvin has more than 15 years experience in the business information and public relations industries, with extensive knowledge in competitor intelligence and knowledge management. As the Director of the Sales and Client Service team, he is responsible for generating profit and ensuring at all times that the profile of the company is positively represented at all levels to existing and potential clients.
Prior to Media Monitors Sinofile, Kelvin held senior positions at Dow Joines and LexisNexis. He holds an MBA degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
Marketing & Communications Manager, South East Asia & Hong Kong
Poh Lin is responsible for managing and implementing marketing and communications initiatives integral to driving results for the Media Monitors group across Asia Pacific. Over a seven year period she has held management roles at market leading companies in portfolios spanning public relations, marketing and corporate communications, branding, corporate and social responsibility, advertising and promotions, crisis management and event management. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She is also a Certified Sales Specialist (C|ESS) accorded by EC-Council (International Council for E-Commerce Consultants).
Coco has more than ten years of experience in Human Resources in MNCs, and she became a member of Media Monitors SinoFile, Greater China in 2009.
Human Resources Manager, Hong Kong
Coco is responsible for Human Resources for Hong Kong, including working closely with business leaders and Corporate HR to support the business growth and implementing and driving Media Monitors' HR practices in the region in accordance to the Group business strategy and local needs.
Coco has more than ten years of experience in Human Resources in MNCs, and she became a member of Media Monitors SinoFile, Greater China in 2009. She has devoted herself to introducing excellent HR practices to support the Greater China business.
